1. Existing Survey

Our team will visit to conduct a measured survey of the property and discuss the brief further. Following this, we will then produce the existing drawings required for the project.

  • Production of existing plans, elevations and sections at 1:100 scale.

  • Obtain a Site Plan (sourced at cost) which will be required for Planning applications.

2. Scheme Design

We develop a set of drawings and visuals to present design options for the project, meeting with you to review the plans and gather your feedback.

  • Proposed design drawings based on the brief and any reference images you’ve provided.

  • Internal 3D visuals to help you visualize the space and key design elements.

  • A collaborative workshop to discuss the designs and make any necessary adjustments.

3. Planning Consulting

Following our workshop, we will refine the plans and prepare the necessary planning drawings and documents. We will submit the application on your behalf and monitor its progress.

  • Production of a full set of planning drawings based on workshop feedback.

  • Preparation of planning documents, including Design and Access Statements.

  • Completion of planning forms, submission of documents, and ongoing application management.

4. Building Regulations

We collaborate with you to develop detailed project drawings, specifying key elements such as lighting, flooring, and finishes. A workshop follows to review the plans before proceeding with contractor tendering.

  • Production of detailed construction drawings.

  • Inclusion of specifications for lighting, sockets, flooring, doors, and other key features.

  • A workshop to review the specifications and make any necessary adjustments.

5. Project Management

We provide a range of Site and Project Management services tailored to your needs and budget. Whether you require a single site visit or full contract management, we are here to support you.

  • Site visits to meet with the contractor and discuss the design.

  • Coordination with consultants to ensure a seamless build process.

  • Contract management, including overseeing site payments.
